Site visitors got here to a halt as drivers tried to cross the Kerch Strait Bridge in the one open lane remaining, a day after the bridge was broken by an explosion. Russian-installed authorities have been working to revive entry to the bridge, the one one connecting the Crimean peninsula to Russia.
